Among cold forming manufacturing companies (like fasteners) we are a benchmark for product quality and process optimization, so much that our customers don't take the risk of producing without our controls.

The technological know-how we developed in this field made us create dedicated nets for production data collection and dimensional measures acquisition systems.

Since 1983 we have been producing and installing real time control systems applied to metal cold forming, both cold headers and thread rolling machines. They are based on the measure of the force developed in the production process, by means of piezoelectric sensors applied to the sensitive points of the structure. It is thus possible to stop the machine in case of anomalies.

Based on the top level technology and experience acquired, ELDES has developed the new generation of process monitoring:

• HELIOS 2K: it guarantees the uniformity of the production in metal cold forming plants; it can be equipped differently according to the number of stations to be controlled
  Application: single stroke up to multistations cold headers and two blow cold headers

• TITANUS 2F: it guarantees the uniformity of the production in thread rolling plants
  Application: linear and sector thread rollers

The instruments, with recently renewed software and keyboard, are extremely user-friendly, very easy to use, and with refined features of signal analysis and performances. They are available both in black and white and in colour.

Our project department is continuously working on the innovation of the products and of the technology, on the improvement of the user interface and of measurement methods. Thanks to our experience, we can also supply dedicated systems for customised applications, in addition to the standard instruments.
