ELDES is the only italian company to produce real time control systems applied to metal cold forming, both cold headers and thread rolling machines.

They are based on the measurement of the force developed in the production process.

We also provide dedicated systems, adaptable to every specific work, and able to control the main functions of a deformation process.

In addition, we also install production data collection nets, integrated with our software for centralised transmission and visualization, and dimensional measures acquisition systems with SPC analysis software.

For the user there is an important advantage in unifying the tree functions in the same equipment: without going in detail, we can think of the fact that also the office activity revolution based on computer processing was characterized by sharing the same information between different activities.
